With the subscription you already have to world leading workouts on LES MILLS On Demand, combined with one-on-one online support from your coach to maximize your efforts, you can expect your fitness to go from strength to strength. 

You can choose from a one-off Kick Start program, a 4-week program or an 8-week program. 

In the Kick Start program, you will choose a coach and have a 30-minute video call with them to go over your fitness goals, your current activity and any questions you may have. Your coach will develop a Personal Workout Plan for you that you can do at home. For the 4-week or 8-week programs, not only will your coach set you up with a Personal Workout Plan, they will keep you on track and make sure you’re doing the best LES MILLS On Demand workouts to suit your goals. Your coach will answer training questions in your weekly calls, keep you accountable and give you the motivational boost to stay on track.

We have a team of awesome coaches for you to choose from, so you can select the coach you think is the best fit for you. 

How the 4-week and 8-week programs work:

STEP ONE:
Sign up online and buy either the 4 or 8-week coaching program.

For a limited time, you can get 30% off either program if you and a friend both sign up within 24 hours of each other. 

STEP TWO:
Once you’ve selected a coach, you’ll have an initial video call so you can get to know each other and discuss what you want to achieve.

STEP THREE:
Your coach will create a personalized workout plan designed to help you best achieve your goals over the 4 or 8 week period. This will make best use of the workouts on LES MILLS On Demand and any equipment that you have at home. 

STEP FOUR:
Your coach will set up weekly video calls to check in on your progress during your program.

STEP FIVE:
If you choose the 8-week program, you will receive an updated workout plan after 4 weeks, designed to push you to the next level of training.
