She is focused on setting you up for long-term success with self-directed behavioral and mindset changes. ​

BIO

Keri grew up playing soccer and running track and began teaching group exercise classes when she completed her final collegiate soccer season.  Her passion for fitness and desire to help others is what led to a career switch, to full time fitness, in 2008. She became a personal trainer and in 2009 she joined the Les Mills family as a BODYPUMP Instructor and was hooked! Over the years, she has gone on to pursue many other Les Mills certifications and joined the US National Training Team in 2016. Since then she has helped certify hundreds of Les Mills Instructors in the programs of BODYPUMP, CXWORX and LES MILLS SPRINT. It is her dream job as she loves working with people and being a part of their fitness journey.  ​​

Keri's coaching philosophy is based on the belief that you are the primary driver for the change you want. As your coach Keri will help you discover how to achieve your desired goals by providing the necessary support. What that support is, looks different for everyone.  Keri tailors her approach to meet the individual needs of each client, empowering them to set themselves up for long term success.

Sign up online and buy the Kick Start or 4 or 8-week coaching program.

Meet Keri
You'll have an initial call (via Zoom) so you can get to know each other and discuss what you want to achieve.

Create a workout plan
Keri will create a personalized workout plan designed to help you best achieve your goals. This will make best use of the workouts on LES MILLS On Demand and any equipment that you may have at home.

Your weekly progress
If you are signed up to a 4 or 8 week program, Keri will set up weekly video calls (via Zoom) to check in on your progress.
