Hope was just three when she started dance, but after 10 years she was forced to quit as she began suffering severe knee issues. Throughout her teens she battled with extremely unstable knees and wore knee braces under her clothing – she thought she would never be able to do any physical activity again! Thankfully, while at College a doctor encouraged her to start light physical activity, and she did. Seven years on she ran a full marathon, and has not looked back since.
