BIO

Hope was just three when she started dance, but after 10 years she was forced to quit as she began suffering severe knee issues. Throughout her teens she battled with extremely unstable knees and wore knee braces under her clothing – she thought she would never be able to do any physical activity again! Thankfully, while at College a doctor encouraged her to start light physical activity, and she did. Seven years on she ran a full marathon, and has not looked back since. ​

Hope believes in meeting people where they currently are on their health and fitness journey and leading them to a place that they never thought they could go by themselves. No matter who she is training her primary goal always remains the same: To impact as many lives as possible through her own passion and love for fitness.

Sign up online and buy the Kick Start or 4 or 8-week coaching program.

Meet Hope
You'll have an initial call (via Zoom) so you can get to know each other and discuss what you want to achieve.

Create a workout plan
Hope will create a personalized workout plan designed to help you best achieve your goals. This will make best use of the workouts on LES MILLS On Demand and any equipment that you may have at home.

Your weekly progress
If you are signed up to a 4 or 8 week program, Hope will set up weekly video calls (via Zoom) to check in on your progress.
