With a background in health science and policy and a wealth of athletic experience, Brooke combines her passion for helping others and strong scientific knowledge to create a fun, effective, and sustainable fitness plan that is customized just for you.
Brooke is an athlete at heart whose entire career is helping people live their best lives through sport, fitness, and movement. Having broken her pelvis in a car accident and survived a life-threatening pulmonary embolism, Brooke knows exactly how to help others overcome health challenges and find mental and physical strength through fitness. Her clients range from first-time exercisers and people with chronic conditions to aspiring athletes. In addition to teaching group exercise, training and health coaching, Brooke works with non-profits and community organizations to increase access to fitness for disadvantaged populations. She loves hiking, kayaking, and cooking.
