how to use the les mills coach app

Completing scheduled workouts

Each day you can see what activities have been scheduled for you by your coach. Activities can be LES MILLS On Demand workouts, cardio activities, adding progress stats or completing a habit. It's important you mark these as complete, your coach will be notified if you complete or miss a workout.

​Navigate to your dash and click on the workout to complete from your ‘things to do today’. In this example, it's BODYATTACK #101

​Click on the green hyperlink in the instructions. This will open the workout directly on the LES MILLS On Demand app

Watch the work out on LES MILLS On Demand

​Return to the LES MILLS Coach app and select ‘Mark As Complete’. You can also let your coach know how the workout went.

Managing your notifications

This is a great way for you to get reminders to workout or stay updated with what's happening in your groups and private messages. We recommend you enable in-app notifications for all activities.

Navigate to your ‘more’ tab and scroll down to the notifications settings under ‘My Settings’

​For each activity, you can choose what notifications to receive.

Taking progress photos

Aside from tracking your weight and body measurements, one of the great ways to see progress over time is by taking regular photos for comparison.

​Click on the green + button on your dash. You can also access it through your photo library in the ‘my progress’ tile.

Select add photos and read the instructions on how to take the best progress photos

​Choose to either upload either existing photos or take new photos. If you are taking photos by yourself, there is a self-timer. You can take up to 3 photos per day (front, side, back)

syncing with apple health, fitbit, myfitnesspal or withings

This allows you to see all your body stats in one place. You can sync multiple sources and your LES MILLS Coach will automatically update your stats.

In your 'more' tab, scroll down to connect and select which device you want to sync

Decide what data you want to sync and enable them. If you have issues with syncing, let us know at coaching@lesmills.com

If you have synced multiple sources that provide the same data e.g. meals, you can select which is your preferred source

Tracking other cardio activities

Besides your scheduled workouts, you can track other cardio activities that you may do on your own.

​Click on the green + button on your dash and select activity

Choose which activity you want to begin and then press start now. You will get a 3 second countdown

You can pause or end your activity

Once you finish, you can input additional stats about your activity. Click 'save' to complete
